Course Content
The course aims to give students the fundamental concepts related to the theoretical-applicative field of educational and training planning. In particular, the following topics will be discussed: the general features of the planning process; the canonical phases of the planning process; from planning by objectives to plan by skills; the construction and field application of an educational project.

Learning Objectives
The objectives are declined on the basis of the Dublin descriptors:
1. Knowledge and understanding: knowing and orient oneself between the theories and methods of educational planning;
2. Applying knowledge and understanding: knowing how to define and knowing how to apply different methods of educational planning;
3. Making judgments: knowing how to recognize the adequacy and validity of a project proposal;
4. Communication skills: knowing how to exhibit a planning project related to educational and school contexts;
5. Learning skills: recognizing strengths and weaknesses of a planning process.
The training objectives contribute to developing the professional skills of the CdS.
