Course Content
The course will examine different management models of educational institutions and how these affect the organization of learning environments. In this regard, the organizational models relating to scientist theories of work and humanist theories of human relations, methodologies and tools for assessing the skills of education professionals will be analyzed.

Learning Objectives
The objectives are declined on the basis of the Dublin descriptors:
1. Knowledge and understanding: Knowing and understanding the main aspects of organizational learning theories and learning organizations; learn about approaches and tools for assessing the skills of education professionals
2. Applying knowledge and understanding: Knowing how to recognize different organizational, managerial and evaluative models of educational organizations and the skills of education professionals
3. Making judgments: recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of different organizational models in education;
4. Communication skills: knowing how to expose the peculiar characteristics of an organizational model in education;
5. Learning skills: using tools for assessing the skills of professionals in educational institutions.
The training objectives contribute to developing the professional skills of the CdS.

The course will examine different management models of educational institutions and how these affect the organization of learning environments.
